This website is operated by Birch Tree Intelligence LLC (“BirchTree”, “we”, “us”), the company behind BirchTree Intelligence, Laura Englander’s management and strategic consulting practice. It is meant for business professionals who want to learn about BirchTree’s services or get in touch.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Information, not advice

The site describes BirchTree’s services in general terms. Nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and nothing on it is an offer to provide services.

Using the site, sending us a message or receiving a reply does not create an engagement or a client relationship. Every engagement is set out in a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement, not this site, governs the work.

Any examples on the site illustrate our approach in general terms, and any testimonials reflect the experience and opinion of the person quoted. Every engagement is different, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including its text, images and design, and the BirchTree Intelligence name, logo and birch tree artwork, belong to Birch Tree Intelligence LLC or to those who license them to us.

You may view the site, print or save pages for your own reference, and share links to it. Otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use its content, name or logo without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You may use the site to learn about BirchTree and to get in touch. Please do not:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else’s rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or the systems behind the contact form;
• interfere with how the site works, or try to overload it;
• send malicious code, spam or automated submissions through the form; or
• copy or scrape the site’s content in bulk.

We may block access to the site for anyone who misuses it.

Your messages

When you send the contact form or otherwise contact us, you confirm that the details you give are accurate, that they are your own or that you are entitled to share them, and that they are business contact details.

We use your details as our privacy policy describes, mainly to reply to you and to follow up about your inquiry and related BirchTree services. You can ask us to stop following up at any time by writing to laura@birchtreeintel.com.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information, or anyone’s health information, through the form. Nothing you send creates a duty of confidentiality unless both sides have signed a written agreement that says so. We still protect your personal information as our privacy policy describes.

Links to other sites

Links from this site to other websites, such as Laura’s LinkedIn profile, are there for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
